How can I stream my film?
- Follow the link(s) sent to your email when you completed your purchase (be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox).
- Click “View”, then click “Access Content”. This will open a new window.
- In this new window, click “Activate Link”. This will open your viewing window (***please note, for 48-hour time-restricted films, the clock starts once you’ve completed your purchase and you’ve got 48 hours to watch the film)
- Click the “Play” button to start your viewing.
GOOGLE CHROME - "block third-party cookies" has to be turned off: chrome://settings/content/cookies
ALL BROWSERS - ad blockers should be turned off
Watch on your computer
You can watch your film via any of the following supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not currently supported.
If you have challenges loading your film, ensure that you are running the most recent version of your browser.
Watch on a mobile or tablet device
You can stream your film from your browser on your mobile or tablet device, and the steps will be the same. Please note the additional windows. On iOS devices such as iPhone or iPad, you must use Safari; Chrome on iOS does not support the DRM used to protect the festival films from piracy.
Watch on your television
You can stream your film on your television from your phone or tablet if you have access to Apple TV or Chromecast. Further instructions for screen sharing using your Apple TV can be found here. For information on screen sharing using your Chromecast, click here.
