An event for which I have purchased e-tickets has been cancelled. Can I get a refund?
If an event is cancelled or if major changes have been made to an event, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the event organizer, or a postponement will be offered. Usually when this occurs, we will contact all existing e-ticket holders with information regarding any available refunds.
However, under normal circumstances, all e-ticket sales are final sales with no refunds or exchanges.
