I’m having trouble printing my e-ticket. Can you help?
Attached to your e-ticket email is a PDF file which is suitable for printing. The PDF file is formatted specifically for printing, whereas the e-ticket email itself is best formatted for viewing on a computer or smartphone screen. To print this PDF file:
- download the PDF file attached to your e-ticket email,
- open the file in a PDF viewer, and
- print the PDF from the file menu or how you would normally print a document.
If you choose to print your e-ticket email (instead of the attached PDF, as above) you may have difficulties. Properly printing the email itself depends on a combination of your email, computer, and printer settings. Our support team is not able to troubleshoot or configure these settings for you -- we recommend that you print the attached PDF file using the method listed above.
