I can’t see any QR code in my e-ticket email. Where is my code?

Your e-ticket should have a square QR code (barcode) included on it. Please ensure that you've selected your e-mail program to "show all images" in the e-ticket email. On some smartphones, this option may be labelled "download images" or "download attachments."

Also, your e-ticket is scannable when displayed on an smartphone or other mobile device – as long as the barcode is fully visible without having to scroll.
