I paid for the optional Print and Mail service and I received a print out of the e-ticket email(s) via Canada Post. Will I receive "traditional" hard copy tickets?

No, the optional Print and Mail service is intended for customers who do not have sufficient access to a printer or smartphone. The e-ticket which is mailed out in the Print and Mail service is a print-out of the same e-ticket which is emailed to every etixnow.com customer upon completion of their order.

This is the description of the optional Print and Mail service you see during the checkout process:
“In addition to emailing your e-ticket(s) to you, we will print out your e-ticket email(s) and send the print out to you using Canada Post lettermail. You will not receive traditional hardcopy tickets with this option. Please allow at least 8 business days for delivery – we cannot ensure delivery if the event is closer than 8 business days away. You should add this option if you do not have a printer or smartphone.”
