I can’t find/lost/accidentally deleted/did not receive my e-tickets in my email. What can I do?

Here's some tips to help you out!

  1. Check your account information and triple-check that your email address is correctly spelled.
  2. Search your email inbox for "etixnow" -- don't forget to check your junk or spam folders too!
  3. View, print, save, and re-send your e-tickets yourself from the 'My Account' page on etixnow.com.

Simply sign in and click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page, and you will see a list of your recent orders and links that provide these options.
