I couldn't attend the event because of traffic / road conditions / delayed flight / suspended ferry service / closed bridge. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately no. All e-ticket sales are final sales with no refunds or exchanges, as per the Terms of Service you agree to during checkout. We have set up our checkout so patrons have every opportunity possible to review and confirm their purchase before they finalize their purchase. If you are unable to attend an event due to airplane / train / bus / ferry delays or cancellations, please contact your travel insurance provider to find out if your travel insurance covers these situations.
