I have re-sent my e-ticket(s) but they still have not appeared in my inbox. Where is it?

Check your etixnow.com account to ensure that you email address is spelled correctly. If it is correct, and you did not receive your e-ticket(s), please read below.

e-ticket emails are occasionally sent to spam or junk email folders, so be sure to check all of your incoming email folders.
In addition, institutional or business email accounts may have a protective firewall that can block e-ticket emails; we cannot override or bypass these firewalls. We recommend that you use a personal email account for making purchases whenever possible. 
If you are using gmail, your e-tickets may have been grouped together in a “conversation.” This often happens when multiple split e-tickets are ordered – four individual e-tickets may have arrived in your inbox, and gmail may have grouped them into a single conversation.
You may also log into your account through the My Account link at the top of every etixnow.com page, where you view, download, or print your e-ticket(s).
