My account was set up with an incorrect email address. I was able to sign in and update the email address on my account. Why am I not receiving my re-sent e-tickets?

The email address used to complete an order is saved with that order, separately from your user account. In this instance, you must contact us and we will be able to update the email address on your order to match the email address on your account.
